I met Natalie Barbu back when we were in training at Q Center for the Accenture Technology Development Program. Back then, I didn’t know she had a YouTube channel, but she later left Accenture to pursue entrepreneurship with Barbu Agency, her own personal brand, and the Real Reel Podcast. She now rebranded Barbu Agency to Webloom Social, has a podcast of 100+ episodes, and recently founded a startup and developing an app called Rella!

As someone who’s a full time consultant, content creator, and aspiring entrepreneur, I’m so excited to bring Natalie onto the podcast because I have so many questions to this inspirational young entrepreneur on how she pivots her business, her decision making process, and her social media strategy.
