Alicia is an executive leadership coach and creator of women’s leadership programming. She has been doing this work for 7 years and has had a long winding career rooted in followed her curiosity. That path included things as wide as running strategic partnership and product teams for a data technology company to running a wedding planning business to spending time as a farmer. Beyond work, she loves to cuddle up with a book and cup of coffee, do almost anything outside in nature, get into her body or spend time with the people she loves including her son.
