It was definitely hard coming in as a business major and trying to navigate into a career with technology, but now that I’m here, I’m so happy with how far I’ve gone! I am now a tech consultant of two years at Accenture specializing in Workday Financials software implementations. On the side, I helped students from my alma mater, Boston University, in career skills and tech consulting, but now I’m casting the net wider! I now have a YouTube channel that teaches everyone the career of tech consulting (way too few resources on this career!) and a lot of career skills I think that are taken for granted like this one!

In this video, I go over EXACTLY what you need to become a technology consultant. This is a part of a two-part series with this going over the skills and certifications you need. Part one which covered education and experience came out on Monday! Though the video goes over what you need to do to become a technology consultant, don’t be discouraged as I provide my tips and strategies on how you can pivot into the career starting from almost any background today!

I received an overwhelming response of interest from everyone on technology consulting, so I’m doubling down on content to provide more resources for you where I’m uploading TWICE a week (Mondays and Thursdays)! Especially when consulting companies like Accenture hire for college full time hires in September, I thought this would be perfect timing.
