What do you do if you don’t know the answer? I share methods and strategies that my colleagues have used to make sure you can still uphold professionalism while maintaining the trust with your clients!

It’s very important to to sharpen these skills because client facing skills are so important, much more than your actual business and technical acumen because if the client doesn’t like or trust you, there’s nothing you can show them!
