What is UX? This is such a key skill in the tech world that even non-UX specialists should know! Especially in technology consulting, it’s engrained even more to tailor a solution to the client.

I didn’t know much about UX until I interviewed Derek Mei for my podcast and also when he held a workshop for Technology Consulting Community. The more I learned about it, the more excited I became. It is such a cool job in tech now to be in and you don’t even need to code!

We are both technology consultants at Accenture, but there are technical and functional consultants. My boyfriend, Addison Chen, is a technical consultant and only knows techie stuff. I think this is hilarious to watch because most people assume technology consultants know everything about tech and IT support, and this will debunk it all!
