Here are the three biggest tips I found the most helpful so I wanted to share it for everyone who is going through salary negotiation! It’s a lot of preparation and research ahead of time so you know what you’re working with! You wouldn’t go into an interview blind would you so don’t go into the “salary expectations” or salary negotiation process blind either!
