In this video, I go over how I exactly write the cover letter that got me the job at Accenture! Cover letters are a lot harder to write in my opinion because of how subjective it could be, but I break it down into how to find who to address it to, what to write in which paragraph, and how you should organize your cover letter to get the point across to snag that interview! In this video, I actually show you the cover letter I used in my recruitment process!

WHY I STARTED DATING AT 21 | Love Yourself First, Avoiding Societal Pressures, & Being Career Driven
It’s a bit weird to be PROUD of not dating until later in life, but I am proud of it. As a career driven young woman, I made sure to love myself first and really know what I want and need. I wanted to make this video so others don’t have to feel pressured to be in a relationship and it’s okay to value yourself and career more now. While my peers have gone through flings, one night stands, and short term relationships, I’m still with my first and only boyfriend of 3+ years now. We even bought a condo in NYC and have three cats together!
EDIT: many people are saying 21 is not late and I 100% agree. It’s actually why I made the video in the first place! Some context is in college I knew wayyyyyyyy too many people who were constantly hooking up, swiping on tinder, dating around ALL for the sake of just having someone, not feeling left out or not feeling unwanted. Completely your choice if you decide to date around anyways, but this video is for those who are looking for a relationship for the wrong reasons like validation and peer pressure. I even knew someone who faked having a boyfriend because she didn’t want to seem left out. I was also speaking of my experience of everyone around me telling me I SHOULD be dating around even if it’s not serious and to “play around.” I didn’t like how they imposed their own ideals on me. This is what the video was for and I just wanted to reassure those who felt this way that it’s okay!
Jackie Faye: Asian American Data Engineer & Rapper from the South | WOMEN OF INSPIRATION
Jackie Faye is a woman of many talents! After studying computer science and business in college, she is now a data engineer AND an up-and-coming rapper in New York City. With tech and hip hop being very male dominant, I was very curious about how Jackie was doing what she was doing and the why factor behind it all. Especially when she is a Chinese Korean American LGBTQ woman from Dallas, Texas, which is totally against the norm.
You HAVE to listen to her most recent single. It’s absolute fire! If you’re a Chinese American and you’re familiar with Jackie Chan Adventures, this is a blast from the past!

MY NEW YORK CITY APARTMENT TOUR | Smart Home, Ultimate Home Office Studio, Cat Playhouse
Welcome to my crib! My boyfriend, Addison, and I bought our condo in 2020 at the age of 24 (Addison at 25) and finally moved in November! This is the long awaited FINISHED apartment tour that we’re happy to show you to work with our lifestyle as busy technology consultants and content creators in NYC! As a YouTuber, I also made sure I had the right setup to optimize filming no matter the day or time and also with very little setup needed! Just a press and we’re good to go! Being technology consultants, we are also busy and need to optimize our work from home office to be the most efficient and productive that we can! It’s hard to do all of that in a NYC Brooklyn condo, but we managed to do it! We did a few changes with some paint jobs and after all of the furniture, decor, upgrades, and tech, we are FINALLY done. (Kind of, we still have shades left.)

I am so happy with what we have in terms of how smart our home is in terms of automation for lights, entertainment, and technology, but this is not the end as we’re constantly making upgrades. After spending that much money on closing a 2 bedroom NYC condo, we wanted to do more gradual upgrades but all of the necessities now.
We also have what we like to call the ultimate home office studio because we do a LOT. We are both full time technology consultants at Accenture and work from home a lot (even before the pandemic). I plan, record, and edit YouTube videos and podcast episodes, and I run some side businesses and hustles, AND we enjoy guests so we also have a sofa bed for guests to sit and sleep in.

LESSONS LEARNED On BUYING OUR FIRST HOME at 24 | Search, Process, Money, Couple, Our Thoughts
After two months of living in our new New York City condo, we finally recount our lessons learned from buying a condo in New York City as first home buyers. We bought our first home at the age of 24 (25 for him), and we learned a lot together. What to look for and search in a condo or our first home, the actual process from searching to moving in, the money aspect of down payments, closing fees, taxes, and assets, and even as a couple with things we learned about each other! If we had to turn back time, this is the advice we would give us as first home buyers – especially in a crazy market like New York City real estate!
Hopefully you can learn from all of our lessons so your own journey will be smoother! We had a pretty smooth journey, but lessons are always learnt.

We talked about how our experiences were owning pets from a young age and how that evolved in college and as young working professionals, especially with our significant others! Owning pets is a responsibility, and you should always do your research before getting a pet or a specific species whether it be a dog, cat, rabbit, or hamster.
HOW I ORGANIZE MY LIFE as a FULL TIME CONSULTANT and CONTENT CREATOR: Emails, Calendar, and Schedule
New year, new me, right? For many people, organization and “getting your sh*t together” can be their goal, so I’m providing you my exact method on how I balance a full time job as a technology consultant at Accenture while being a content creator posting two times a week for YouTube, one podcast episode a week, one IG graphic a week, and actually balancing life as well! Seems ridiculous, right? But it IS possible and I show you how. Even how exactly I PLAN my content on when to film, when to edit, when to post, and even WHAT to film! For work, I tell you how I organize my emails and calendar so you can improve your efficiency and remove the time for guess work and improvising when it comes to balancing a side hustle or multiple projects and clients in consulting!
I go IN DEPTH in how I do it. Let me know down below in the comments which ones you’re going to do yourself! This is my ULTIMATE time management guide with all of my t
