However, it’s not for everyone! In this video, I go over the Pros and Cons (as well as some tips)! As someone who has been in the 421a affordable housing program the past two years, I share my insights and advice for anyone who is interested (or not interested) in more affordable housing in the expensive city of NYC!
Something I realized not a lot of people knew about is that people of medium income can also get Affordable Housing. In NYC, there is a long and winding process, but I break it down in this video. Landlords get a 421a tax abatement. This is one way to save lots of money on rent! It was also how my boyfriend and I saved money to eventually buy a condo. Going to miss living in this newly constructed apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn!

It all started out as a joke when he said it was hard to find a girl during the pandemic even on dating apps, so I said why don’t we make a video and see if girls apply for a date? WELL, IT HAPPENED.

I’m going to spill the secrets about travelling that a lot of aspiring or even current consultant don’t know about travelling! It’s already amazing as it is that our travels are paid for, but did you know about these little secrets you can also take advantage of? There are so many perks from the type of expenses, how to best utilize your business trips, how to get the best value in your travel with points and status!
With these perks, I was able to take personal trips to Iceland and Amsterdam for FREE on company dollar! I know that travel is discouraged now due to COVID19, but this is something to look forward to!
