Recently pivoting into technology consulting at Ernst & Young in Canada as a Strategy & Technology Transformation Consultant, she walks us through her journey, is an MBA worth it, how she pivoted herself, and even how it’s like and some tips she has for those starting their jobs in a virtual or remote setting!

My friend Sally is moving to Los Angeles, California, and we toured these apartments in hoping to find her dream apartment to move to! I thought this was the perfect opportunity to show these apartments off to give everyone perspective of what you can get as a luxury apartment in Los Angeles!

Alankrita Dayal is currently the Principal Product Design Engineer at HP Enterprises, focused on developing educational technology that utilizes machine learning and artificial intelligence to curate effective and personalized STEM learning pathways for students in K-12. She is also the Executive Director at Program yoUr Future (PUF), where she organizes large-scale academic bootcamps that educate and empower underrepresented, at-risk youth into the STEM and Computer Science fields.

This trip was supposed to be back in July 2020, but due to the pandemic, we postponed it to May 2021! We are fully vaccinated, wore masks, and social distanced, so we are taking the safety precautions, but we still had fun exploring Miami South Beach like Ocean Drive, Espanola Way, Miami Beach, and we also went to the Everglades for an airboat tour, alligator show, and even took a photo with a baby alligator!
We’re not the “typical” tourist in Miami that would go to bars and clubs, so if you’re looking for that, this is not the vlog for you. We actually were working while we were there in the hotel and only went out for lunch and after 5 PM. We took a half day on Friday so we could go to the Everglades!

Since she’s a domestic shorthair and we don’t have much history from her, I decided to do the Basepaws DNA test to see her health and genetic makeup! Let’s see what other cat breeds she’s closely related to! THE RESULTS ARE SHOCKING!
Amanda Wright is a management consultant based in Victoria BC. She has worked at Deloitte in Strategy & Operations for several years after completing her MBA, and then decided to start her own consulting business. In 2020 she began offering coaching to female consultants who want to exit Big 4 or MBB consulting to start their own independent consulting business.
Amanda also has a program called Take the Leap and I’m having so much fun delivering it! She is super passionate about supporting and encouraging other women to stay in the consulting industry, but on their own terms.
